Organizational Structure

G EVENTS is governed in accordance with Belgian law on non-profit associations (Loi du 27 juin 1921). Our governance structure ensures transparency, accountability, and effective management of our organization.

As an ASBL (Association Sans But Lucratif), G EVENTS operates without profit motive. All activities serve the public interest, and any surplus resources are reinvested into our mission.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organization. Directors are elected by the General Assembly and serve without remuneration.

General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of G EVENTS. It consists of all effective members who meet annually to approve budgets, accounts, and make important organizational decisions.

Ballot Committee

The Ballot Committee oversees membership applications and ensures the integrity of our membership process. It operates independently and its decisions are final.
